SKOGSBERG & SMART HURRICANE BOULE PLATEAU SEA
The Hurricane Boule Plateau, from Swedish brand Skogsberg & Smart, is yet another example of the brand's exquisite artisan craftsmanship using hand blown Bohemian glass. It's a true collector's piece and serves as a beautiful tray for a trio of wide pillar candles, for cocktail hors d'œuvres, fruit or personal items. The optic bubbles in the Hurricane Boule collection create a beautiful shimmering light with a cool 70’s vibe. The bubbles are created in a cast-iron mold and then hand applied, giving each piece its own unique pattern and luxuriously weighty feel. When used as candle tray we recommend using three paraffin wax pillar candles with a diameter of 70-80 mm, for a beautiful trio display.

Care: Wash Boule Plateau carefully with a soft sponge in lukewarm water using a mild detergent. Never wash in a dishwasher. Don´t use candles smaller than 70mm as the handmade surface will not offer enough stability. Warning: Never let pillar candles burn all the way down to the glass surface and never move Boule Plateau with lit candles. Avoid using sharp objects, chemicals, or extensive polishing as it may harm the finish.

The intricate, daring designs are made by highly skilled artisans in the Czech territory of Bohemia, home of the world’s most famous glass blowers. All of Skogsberg & Smart’s pieces are hand blown and hand painted, ensuring that each and every one is unique and original. The eponymous company is owned by Magnus Skogsberg and Mimmi Smart; with over 30 years of combined creative experience in the advertising- and media fields they established Skogsberg & Smart to channel their own ingenuity.
