Your satisfaction is very important to us.

If, for whatever reason, you are not fully satisfied with your order, if it has arrived damaged or faulty, please email us at wholesale@designmaven.co.uk with a brief description of the problem and include photographs of the issue. Once received we will assess the claim and either arrange for a replacement to be sent if the stock is available, or issue you with a credit note.

All orders received by the Buyer must be opened and checked upon receipt, with any claims to be made to Design Maven within 5 working days.
